The B-66 SP asphalt shingle grinding package is designed to offer versatility and manageable wear costs for companies that need to process asphalt shingles, in addition to wood waste, sorted C&D, green waste and other raw materials.
Although the B-66 SP will not match the low wear costs of the purpose-built RG-1, its combination of versatility and wear reducing features are designed for transfer stations and material recovery facilities involved in multiple commodity markets. These components include bolt-in wear liners, a grinding chamber water injection system, and anti-stick rollers on the discharge conveyor. The B-66 comes standard with a replaceable mount rotor, hydraulic screen change system, and grinding chamber water injection manifold. The B-66 SP is available with diesel or electric power, in portable, stationary or track-mounted configurations.
