Atlas Copco’s CC 3300 hydraulic CombiCutter now has a box-shape jaw, allowing the recycling rate to be increased for demolition jobs and the recycling process within the crusher to be simplified. The box-shaped jaws have been designed to significantly streamline the demolition process by cutting the material on three sides simultaneously. As the jaws penetrate the concrete material, they also cut the rebar in the same motion, producing a box-shaped product ready for recycling. It also has a positive effect on the amount of fines and dust produced on the demolition site. The box-type jaw “B” (for box shape) has been designed for the CC 3300 CombiCutter. A “U” type jaw (U for universal) for demolition work in reinforced concrete and an “S“ type jaw (S for steel) for cutting steel structures are also available. www.atlascopco.us
