Grapple Update

Genesis Attachments announces a major redesign of its Severe Duty Grapples (GSD). In the new patent-pending design, the GSD’s upper jaw has been lengthened to become an integral part of the pivot group itself, making it more rigid, more durable and able to withstand the sideways forces so prevalent in grapple applications. Other changes include a narrowed gap between the upper and lower jaws, reducing the risk of damage to the excavator stick from material being handled; a dramatic reduction in the number of parts; and the addition of brass flange face bushings to better handle the continual wear caused by the upper and lower jaws going in two different directions.
