Construction Equipment Co.
CEC offers three types of portable jaw crushers. The 24x36, with a feed opening of 24 inches x 36 inches, a rpm of 250, and 75 to 100 hp. The 30x42 has a feed opening of 23 inches x 42 inches, 250 rpm, and 125 to 150 hp. The largest, the 32x54 has a feed opening of 32 inches x 54 inches, 250 rpm, and 150 to 200 hp. All three portable crushers come with six jack legs, an operator’s platform, "I" beam construction, pitman protection plate, all steel flywheels, removable feed hopper, hydraulic adjust, bearings run in oil, 5 ft axle spread, and shim adjust as standard features. Eagle Crusher
Eagle Crusher Co.’s new 1200-25 CV portable crushing plant features the UltraMax II 4747 Impactor. This next generation impactor accepts large feed sizes and is suitable for high-volume primary and secondary crushing of aggregate and recycled materials. The crusher’s UltraMax II 4747 Impactor includes a solid-steel, 3-bar rotor to efficiently crush heavy concrete, asphalt, shot rock, limestone, and sand and gravel with a reduction ratio up to 24:1. Engineered with an advanced, 3-stage crushing process, the UltraMax II Impactor offers hydraulically adjustable primary and secondary curtains for precise product control and reduced wear costs. Grasan
The KR1010 is a compact, self-contained, and highly mobile recycling crusher designed for small to mediumsized jobs in cramped, urban areas. Only 12 ft by 6 in. high, 8 ft by 6-in. wide, and 45 ft long, the KR1010 sets up in 15 minutes and processes concrete and asphalt rubble at up to 150 tons per hour. The crusher is the Hazemag APSE1010Q primary impactor designed especially for recycling. The crusher inlet is 40 inches wide to minimize pre-feed material preparation and has a hinged inlet hood, hinged split housing, adjustable aprons, and large access door. The operator’s station and service walkway provide easy access to the crusher and the engine, which is a 240 hp, six cylinder John Deere 6081A diesel with a two year parts/labor warranty and critical-duty exhaust silencer. The heavy-duty 42-in. x 14 ft vibrating grizzly feeder has a direct coupled 30 hp hydraulic motor for variable speed control. Inertia Machine
Inertia Machine offers the 5066 Hawk, a large horizontal impact crusher which incorporates the perfect combination of portability and price to make it ideal for a wide range of uses. This unit is designed to process recycled concrete and asphalt, sand and gravel as well as virgin stone and can produce up to 700 tons per hour in virgin rock applications. It has a large 42 inch x 64 inch impactor feed opening, 50 inch x 65 inch rotor, 5 ft x 18 ft vibrating grizzly feeder and has a feed hopper capacity of 14 cubic yards, non heaping. IROCK Crushers has announced the added feature of a Hydraset Hopper to their RDS-15 and RDS-20 Portable Rock Crushing Equipment Lines that are currently available in the market place throughout North America. KPI JCI
The RS Series from KPI-JCI was designed to get the job done efficiently and cost-effectively. The wheel-mounted machines in the RS Series are ideal for moving from site to site. Ease-of-use is a central design feature of all RS Series machinery, rather than an afterthought. The 3144 has a jaw opening of 31 inches and weighs 44,520 lb. It has a capacity of 426 tph. Lippmann Milwaukee
Standard features on Lippmann’s 3062LP portable jaw plant include a flared type slide-on/slide-off feeder hopper module with heavy duty reinforcing ribs and supports, Hardox 400 hopper with optional liners, and extra heavy-duty vibrating grizzly feeder with AR steel liners. The vibrating grizzly feeder comes in lengths up to 24 ft with straight or stepped grizzly section. A front discharge conveyor sized to match vibrating grizzly feeder and crusher capacities, and optional portable side delivery conveyors. For drive choices, a diesel or electric power unit for the crusher, and an electric or hydraulic drive for both the discharge conveyor and vibrating grizzly feeder. Sandvik
Sandvik’s UD210 Classic type is a complete crushing plant (primary and secondary crushing and screening) fully assembled on a single trailer frame. The UD210 consists of a MV-35080 vibrating grizzly feeder, a CJ408 crusher, a CH420 crusher, a BS 5 ft x12 ft TD vibrating screen, and a Scorpion looping belt conveyor 900 mm (36-in.) x 14 m. The feed hopper sides and end wall are mechanical foldable, and the frequency inverter for feeder speed control provides step less regulation of the feed rate. The crusher by-pass chute collects material which passes through the vibrating feeder’s grizzly section. An excellent feed to the screen is obtained by the patented Scorpion loop conveyor. It is possible to have two screen cloths with different separations at the bottom deck of the screen. Underneath the screen, there are two reversible conveyors allowing combining or separating fines. The Sandvik UD210 is designed to produce up to four different fractions. Six legs and a rear support stabilize the plant in its working position. A platform with handrails and stepladder is provided above the jawcrusher and foldable platforms with handrails and access ladders are fitted for easy access and service. Liners for discharge chutes (rubber in the N.F and undersize chutes, steel in the rest) and self-contained electrical switchgear cabinet on board distributes power to all of the motors on board the unit. The free-standing control panel cabinet is placed on the ground during operation (transported on board the unit) and includes a remote control box for local control of the feeder speed. Telsmith
The Telsmith 3258 Portable Crushing Plant is engineered with features that boost production, reduce maintenance requirements, improve safety and enhance mobility. The plant travels at 13 ft 6 in. high and 10-ft in width. At the heart of the plant is the Telsmith Model 3258 hydraulic jaw crusher, with a 32-inches gape and a 58-inch wide crushing chamber.
