The 2011 C&D World, the Annual Meeting of the CMRA, is co-located at ConExpo-Con/Agg in Las Vegas. The date of the meeting is Wednesday, March 23. C&D World will be at the Paris Resort and Casino. Registered attendees to C&D World will receive badges to attend ConExpo-Con/Agg, so anyone attending can get the benefit of two shows. In addition, attendees will be able to use the CMRA room block at Paris for room rates $50 cheaper than registering for rooms through ConExpo-Con/Agg. Shingle Forum Call for Papers
The 5th Shingle Recycling Forum will take place October 27-28, 2011, in Dallas, Texas. Currently the organizers, which include the CMRA and the FHWA, among others, are putting out a call for papers for presentations at the event, which is the largest conference on the growing market for recycled shingles. Conference organizers are looking for presentations on all topics related to the use of recycled shingles, especially end markets.
