The CMRA is rolling out a New Member Contest. Winners will receive one free registration to the 2012 C&D World in Nashville and a two-night hotel stay. The contest will use a point-based system. Current CMRA member companies will receive points for each new or non-renewing member company that signs up under their referral. One point will be awarded for each new company that signs up for rest of 2011. (Since this is the half-way point of the 2011 membership year, membership for the remainder of the year will be half price: $197.50 for processors/haulers/landfill operator; $232.50 for vendors.) Three points will be awarded if the current member company gets the new company to sign up for 2012 membership as well ($395 and $465). (To be eligible for the three points, the dues for 2012 must be paid in combination with the 2011 dues.) The winner with the most points by December 15, 2011, will receive one free registration at 2012 C&D World and two free nights in their Nashville hotel room. All members logging three points or more will receive a CMRA polo shirt. Please consider talking to some of your fellow C&D recycling and demolition members about the benefits of joining the CMRA.
